Simply not true. All anyone has to do is google "Roomba complaints" and numerous complaint sites come up. One person has even complained to their state Attorney General's office. Like I said, the company has made a lot of money off of a toy that only works for a little while. They never respond to complaints by their customers because they don't care about those customers. All they care about is making money; doesn't matter if they have satisfied customers or not.
The only products that don't have complaints about them are the ones that aren't sold to anyone
