I hope you are correct about the damage amount possibilties. (2 to 6 per share). I could live with that.

Since the judge has indicated he didn't want the Markman date to move from 10 sep, we will be there soon. The heavy lifting has already been done, now for the attorneys dog and pony show. By looking at the terms submitted for the hearing, I don't think the judge will find it particularly difficult to decide the true meanings.
