I'm going to do some DD into the trading practices of the parties b4 considering buying. It's set up where they could use a pump then dump, a dump then pump, or a R/S followed by slow constant dilution. The last would rid the stock of all the present shareholders then draw new shareholders in that don't know anything about the company people.
