I have a feeling its going to be a positive Q and I would not worry as much for the dilution look at the core of the company its very positive.

My #1 question to Berge right now would be:

If we are becoming profitable (even just slightly) and big deals are in the works such as the $600k deal, why do we need more stock issued financing?

Is there something I'm missing here?

My guess is that the authorized will be raised up from 200 million to prevent a reverse split.




Hey Lakers, I'm sorry but I've heard you say that about 2 or 3 times already and it just doesn't make any sense. You don't raise Authorized Shares to "prevent a reverse split"...you raise the A/S so that you can sell shares into the market...a reverse split happens when the A/S gets so high (in the billions usually) that nobody buys the stock anymore from all the dilution and the stock usually sits in the .0001/.0002 range. We're a long way from that here...a 138M O/S is very small for a stock trading at these levels.
