The problem is that most people here have an average of well over .06!
And while the volume has been nice for the last (4) days, as you said, there has been no real movement in the PPS for a very long time.
In the absence of audited financials, and with only company paid for PR's, it is a real gamble!
It is as easier at this point for investors to simply give up, due to the time this is taking to get a return on their investment, rather than to wait longer.
The money at these levels is better invested in stock(s) that have real movement in there PPS.
These are penny stocks, the play is on movement not long term investing.

And this does not at all address the past conduct of the CEO, BH!
