A big thank you for sharing with the board your class 10B subordinate bond that is locked up in escrow. Read my previous post. My point has been well made. All of class 10B will be treated the same in BK (The four CTs and your subordinate bonds in the LBHI Plan Trust - equity holding pool - last in line to get paid).
