I assume that reference represents the signing of the intent to purchase. The second phase is the final DD that is to be completed sometime this week, while the three are on site. The final phase will be arranging the mortgage and signing the appropriate documents. Then we will be ready to accept reservations.
We still have a ways to go, but I believe this one is for real.
