That looks like a decision that the formal board will have to make on Thur. during the meeting. $CGFIA has made their arguement against them so the board will either let them talk or not. We just dont know. I have started to think that they just let them say their peace and then just move on.
I mean what the hell has Hennis got to say anyway? "Hey I dropped the ball, but I don't want them to have success either because then it makes me look even worse? He's just a pimple on everyone arse!
Lets turn the page on this issue.

The most current DRMS docs. indicate that INFORM offered a "settlement" to withdraw if CGFIA met certain requirements. CGFIA replied to decline their offer, so we should see INFORM at the Thurs. meeting.
