Traderoooo, That is the agent's address filed with the Nevada SoS. It has been like that since 2001. You may also notice on that listing that the List of Officers has been due since 2010. The license is still revoked. If you ever see a new list of officers filed, then the company will be active again. Until that event, there is little hope for the shareholders of this stock. I had hoped that Glenn would have filed a new list, ttaken over the entire corporation, and sold the shell into a Reverse Merger, but that has not been the case so far. It does not look encouraging at this point. ..... Maybe further down the road something will happen with this one. I just hope that Fleming is not involved.
