Exactely Pete! How can anyone on this board know for sure what is going on with the books? No way in hell EMZ, Ortco or anyone should have exclusive knowledge about what is going on behind the scenes and be trading on that. That is what REG FD is all about. I'm not calling Val a crook. I said he is walking a fine line with the PRs and then nothing shows up. Maybe he should give us some P&L so we have an idea. Even if it shows all the shares sold went to laywers fees. Atleast we would know and it would be on the record.
I bought my shares over a year ago and have accumulated millions of shares based on those PRs. Therefore, based on those PRs and the timelines Val put in those PRs I invested. I'm sure most feel the same. I would dare say that even Gregthegreek who I know was a big proponent of Val has his doubts.
