Just saying when I bought a house long ago, thats what my lawyer did, was hold monies in escrow until everything was A OK....Just saying with experience and I think TECO is doing the same thing. The lawyers just have to confirm that everything is hunky dorey and the money in escrow goes to the right person.
If anyone knows otherwise, feel free to comment...Just my best guess of the situation....Besides if evrything was OK in the beginning of JULY, then hopefully the lawyers would've gave the go ahead and this point of conversation would not be happening.
