rocco2 I think you have that incorrect, I believe both Mitch and Rob were paid in shares for a debt (money they may have loaned PCFG) based on the form they filed this under it was private shares traded between the company to the executive offcer / Director and it was issued on 7/31/2012. So no money paid to them and these shares from what I am seeing have not been sold as of yet.

Perhaps the money is going to be used to employ a company to set-up the dividend of Pacific Metals??
