So, if I understand you correctly, if I, a humble fry cook at McDonalds, for example, were to sell my stock grants, you would consider this the company diluting the stock? Really??? I would consider the dillution to have occurred when Ronald McDonald gave the to me in my happy meal.
At any rate, we all would have done the same thing if we were in their shoes, assuming my postulation is correct that the shares came from folks in management. Of course, risks assertion that they came from pp holders is equally valid. BOTTOM LINE: We are not privy to those details...yet. If it were management folks, we will see an 8k soon.
