Dilution? Really??? What is your evidence? Surely not the 25mm @ .0053 for $132k. It is not enough. Perhaps some of the management team needed cash given their current pay structure is stock based and they just got current. If my recollection is correct, Medhi exercised 25mm options recently, right?
