We do know that Bavi can lead
to immunity, as was seen in the rat study of glioblastoma when 13% of the surviving rats developed
immunity to rechallenge by the tumor cells.
IIRC, in the May conference, Thorpe talked about genetically modified rats that, once treated, went on to live normal lives. When the rats were transected, they realized that there was a war going on inside. The cancer tried to reestablish itself. The immune system was sufficiently responsive to keep new tumors at bay. This AFTER bavi had long been cleared the rats bodies. The immune system had the ability, without bavi being physically present, to recognize and successfully battle the new cancer tumors.
