This could go either way, quite honestly. People aren't going to like the short-term effects of this move. The questions is, how many shares will be restricted when all is said and done? If they can manage to make this work, restrict the shares, create immediate profitability even as streamlining occurs, and buy back shares, then we'll be okay. I know most of it is their plan. Restriction and reduction of O/S thereafter might be in their best interests once they see what they've got.
