Correct. The warrant shares have not been issued yet.

(1) This number assumes the full sale of the 10,000,000 Put Shares we are registering hereunder that are issuable to Southridge pursuant to the Equity Purchase Agreement but does not include the 32,400,000 Warrant Shares. The 42,000,000 Purchase Shares being registered hereunder have already been issued.
