They have to register those shares with the SEC before they can take the $10M. They only registered 10M put shares as of now which is about $112K in raised capital at this PPS. But yes, they could max out the A/S and then do a R/S. I'm watching closely because shareholders could get screwed short-term here. So, don't play with your mortgage/rent money. This will pay out in the long-term meaning 1-3 years as long as they don't dilute more than 2.5B shares. GLTU
