I dont know. But, if Lehman dont think there is an NOL play, they would not have locked up equity. I mean the numbers are there on the BS. YOu can see for yourself and judge what is reasonable or not and IMO, the due from affiliates line item is prime to add NOLs. 150 billion? if they have 150 billion in the affiliates, they would borrow off of that in 2008. What pushed them over to BK is like a 8 billion immediate cash crunch which could have bought them time to deal with the MBS/CDO and all the other bad stuff....go figure..devil
