Exactly, why would COHO be dumping shares. Thing is. There is nothing negative to say about COHO so they hang their hat on this alleged dilution. Have not seen one confirmable sign that the company is diluting. Could somebody have shares tucked away to try and sell this down, sure it is possible. Don't blame COHO and let's not try and make it look. Like this is a continuation of Dilution by Chris Davies as Attorney for COHO. That clearly is not the current situation. Shares being traded are most definitely privately held shares.
