Last I heard the OTC requested more information re: the Elm Tech merger,
and PERL supplied it last week. I don't know the time table now. Hoping it will be this week.
You're right, once it gets OTC current status, .02 is right around the corner.
Just wish I had funds to grab some of these "cheapies."
