Fair question. All we can say is Davies was removed and served proper notification. It just needs to updated. I have no reason to doubt Davies is out and we did see a huge reaction of bashing on this board, the day right after he was served.
They already tried to tier her down. I do believe there were shares out there that the old paid puppets held and Davies held or still holds. Any shares being diluted ate most likely privately held shares to try and disparage the companies reputation and make it look like COHO is dumping like earlier in the year. I think this went a long way in the board making the decision to reduce share structure. If you lower the structure and make shares more valuable it's harder for anyone to make a concerted effort to dump the pps. Also I think the board buying shares will lead to more retiring of shares soon enough.
