Probably so. I know one fellow that used to make his money shorting "unshortable" small cap stocks. He traded from Canada I believe and had no problems doing it.

Since his positions were often larger than the reported short on the stock, it had to be a naked short.

I don't know if I believe there's a massive position on JBII but anyone denying that it happens is quite wrong.

Well BRIG since you first told me about JBII at .21/share, I'd have to say your sage theories for the most part have been spot on.

I think it's called creating "liquidity" and it is essential to have for a healthy, transparent, and fair market. After all who wants large buys or sells to effect the current market price.

MM need to NSS for the "good" of the average investor. I want my order to be part of a dark pool where ultra fast computer scalp off cream.

Ok, sarcasm gone. JBII has been NSS and since the company will not need to raise funds by means of death spiral financing; most long term holders of JBII need to be thankful for the NSS and all the hard work that has gone into having this low price.

This stock is a question of WHEN..not if...and should create wealth for those patient enough to hold for 9-12 months.
