I am trying to put this all together and I agree that facts should be posted (which is why I haven't posted much). However, I think opinions are ok and we all have wishful thinking.

I can't confirm that powerlock is still in business either or track down the ceo Rick Faas.

The phone number on the website under contact us [phone] has an answer machine that says they are Advanced Pay Day and I have not had anyone answer during business hours to talk to or ask questions.

If you look up the address 17571 Griffin Lane #B Huntington Beach, CA 92647, it shows Dubarr Automotive. After digging further, Dubarr Automotive has moved to 17532 Griffin Lane Unit 1 Huntington Beach CA 92647. Still can't confirm Powerlock, Zentinel, or Thinking Security is at the address listed. But at least Dubarr Automotive isn't there any more.

Dubarr Automotive has also told me it is their assumption powerlock is out of business and hasn't dealt with them for quite some time.

Powerlockeurope.com transfers you to a GoDaddy.com website and states This website is parked for FREE courtesy of GoDaddy.com

The only thing I have found that makes me believe this could be a merger or something to that extent or that powerlock is still in business is the website. The reason is if you go through it all it seems as though Zentinel is what powerlock was to a T. If you go to the Support tab and scroll down to FAQ's it will open. In spanish is says CUALIDADES DE POWERLOCK VS OTRAS SISTEMAS. Translated it means Qualities of Powerlock vs other systems.

So after much digging that seems like a positive that powerlock is referenced in the site. But, there are still a ton of unanswered questions. I will keep doing DD and report anything I find. GLTA
