We can say conspiracy all day long , doesn't change a thing. The self elected BOD(all of them including Dave Williams) , for their own personal reasons ran Clyw into the dirt. Does not matter how much how little or why the figure is what it is Now we are at the mercy of a receiver who is close to the judge that appointed him. I honestly don't think this receiver has shareholders in mind on any payouts,settlements ect. I know what the judge said , so nobody has to quote him. This is just my take on things.
