Can't say what is right or wrong ... I think this was a planned buy to let someone in...... You had to have a buyer (the whale) to come in to buy $100k??????? This is the insider coming in prior to the news. In order to have someone sell you still have to have some buy. With that much money you could (and that is what I think happened) go to SNEY the company and set something up.
