I don't see how you can be sure of that. We all have steriotype of vision on Ct's as a hybrid of debt and equity but you are only seeing a mono side of it with your own logical interpretations.
Does the half full or half empty bottle applies to you at all?
Out of these two logics, Can you see that it is actually three logics by considering both logics as the third?
Or maybe four if you consider that the two logic does not apply as the fourth?
