The sos can confirm if PWLK is active, but that you'd have to pay for. However, I can contact them to see if there's any name changes that have occurred. We've all be waiting on this website to become active again, but I'm not seeing much info on it yet. The excitement to me is the website is up...now they just need to make a filing. If this happens, then we'll be cookin'.

Just checked DE SOS...no name change. I would have to order an annual to view the officer or director changes, if any. I didn't do that.

So right now...all we have is a new website. We won't know anything unless they make a filing at this point.
