Allbetson, your report is basically why
I sold 1Mil TECO shares last week. I
can always buy back in the 3 or 4 cent
range after TECO delutes PPS to pay bills etc.
This week coming I may sell more of the 4Mil
I have left. All depends on how the ball bounces.
