Yes we have a competitor thats private co looking to buy some GOIG stuff. We are taking them public in an unrelated transaction. Idea is to wind GOIG down if DTCC chill doesnt come off. Shareholders will get divvy of the public company not the private. That was nonsense what co did in past . They took bad advice

some questions...

1) What will GOIG investors get from this buyout?
2) Will it be a cash buyout?
3) What will the buyout price (per share) be?

of course, I dont expect ppl to be able to answer some of these questions...but they are worth asking.

I believe it…no really.

Speaking of fantasies…."intends", "expects", "Nancy Sutley", "Fortune 500", "GOCOM, "DTSL" and so forth.

"GOIG management intends to redistribute those shares to all GOIG shareholders"

The only asset GOIG has is $96.00 in cash. You see that on page two of the balance sheet in the most recent quarterly report.

Asset sale being finalized.

The Breville 2-Slice Die-Cast Smart Toaster is selling for $97 online. GOIG doesn't even have enough cash to buy it.
