You seem to be mentally disconnecting the stock from the company.
There are currently ~500 million shares outstanding
If KBLB achieves an income of $10 million , then that is $0.02/share.
Assuming an early P/E of 50 that would price the stock at $1per share.
If you own 1 million shares they would be worth a total of $1 million.
If a ten 1:10 reverse split is done then you would only own 100K shares,
but the total number of shares outstanding would then be ~50 million.
If KBLB achieves an income of $10 million , then that is $0.20/share.
Assuming an early P/E of 50 that would price the stock at $10 per share.
If you own 100K shares they would be worth a total of $1 million.
Same result for same earnings!
Splits really are wealth neutral!
