All DRMS does is make recomendations they do not grant permits theColorado Mining BoarMining Board which is the Governing Body grants the permit DRMS is an employee of the Mining Board. The Colorado Mining Board is who the company goes before August the 9th. As previously stated they caneither fully accept the recomendations of the DRMS, Partially take thee Recomendations or chose totally not accept the recomendations. So they could grant full approval without conditions. Colorado Mining Board is thwe final say. Do DD
