Thank you, the claim by GNTA that it had received approval
for the trials is very important to us if indeed they go through
the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
For if the granting of the trials by China's FDA , was a lie, as I
presume it was, then he committed a very serious criminal act
for which prosecution by the Federal Agencies would be a
done deal as a very large number of shares traded.
Indeed if the reverse was true, why go into bankruptcy ?
There would be numerous ways to get financing specially
for the trials from investors or a large Pharmaceutical company.
