By two months time, though, there could be a run. Seasonally. that could lift the shares. And maybe no need for reverse split.

The majority holder(owner of the Freedom Financial building) passed away. Brian dumped what shares he could. Now he does a RS and squeezes out the other family. He then issues himself more shares and he's back in full control of the stock.

Then of course he'll start the dilution machine all over again.
