But think about it this way.. if Pinkass was smart, he'd use all that money he got and $1 billion or so and do a buyback... Getting the stock price to being pre-earnings and then maybe most of those 22 lawsuits go away...
But it is also possible he siphons off the $1 billion to an offshore account and skips town. Then gets plastic surgery, changes his name to Akbar and lives the rest of his life in hiding.
