VC's don't sell shares,
that they had aquired at "the issued price".

They sell them for large gains in bought emotion runs,
like the one in February/March 2012.

Support for SUGO,
had been at 0.0003,
in January/February 2012

"Retail holders" are "panic sellers".
They sell when lower support lines are crossed.

Currently, as of August 13, 2012 today,
with SUGO at an Ask of 0.0002,

that have been planned by a group of "Venture Capitalists" -

$Gold is on its way to making a NEW High this year !
Once the $1,923 high in Gold gets touched,
SUGO will make a shot to 0.003, and then to 0.006

The "Venture Capitalists" want a stock that is tied to $Gold,
and they want one with a good share structure.

They're choosing SUGO because it can be bought at 0.0001,
and they can "Load-Up BIG" at this price.

Once the recent High of 0.0018 that was set in March
is once again hit, it will be penetrated,
and will bring the stock to a possible "near-double"
