I was on the phone today with the Navada licensing department. They had no record of Beneficial holdings applying for a license. I spoke to Sarah. She told me that really doesn't mean they didn't apply. She needs to spoke to this guy in another department that screens applications to make sure there is no criminal element. It may be in hat departments hands. Once it gets through there it goes to her department for review and approval. This Paul Weiss guys name came up.. I'm not sure there is a connection. I'll know more Monday.
