loyal?? What's loyal got to do with investing? Ask anyone here, if they can make some money on the new stock, would that make them more loyal? If you're loyal to something, you'll never sell it. Does that sound like investing to you?
Knock down debt/liabilities to something manageable and issue new stock. People buy that new stock because it is not burdened with debt/liabilities pre-BK, however, post-BK, there is huge potential for growth/appreciation.
Frank, EXACTLY. If hqtrs doesn't stop emasculating investors America is doomed. It is a matter of time. Patriot could do a lot to lead the way out of the corruption that is permeating America investment and justice systems. DO THE RIGHT THING. IT WON'T BE ANY HARDER THAN DOING THE WRONG COWARDLY THING.
