Gmarc3, it wouldnt be hard at all, Cannagig fits right into 21 U.S.C. § 863 description of what constitutes drug paraphernalia like a glove because of the way that RFMK promoted it, and more importantly, the way they are only selling it to medical marijuana states shows clear intent and knowledge on RFMKs behalf, guess we will just have to wait and see.
