I don't think it's coincidence. But there are still pariahs out there. It's back @ .018 now, but a short time ago, it also reached .018 and was swiftly chopped back down again.
I also think it had to do with the koolaid not being ready yet for the mo-mo people.
The accum / dist tells the story, the sellers / manipulaters are gone and the line is getting ready to break out to the plus side. with imminent news comming this is ready for a HUGE run.
Its had enough time to cool off the RSI since its last run. All signs are pointing to a big rally in the weeks ahead. And imminent news we know about and don't should keep the momentum going for a while to come.
