is there any verification outside of CGAQ saying so that these "3 major pending projects" actually exists?

To my knowledge we don't have any certifiable documentation that I can offer you to guarantee that these projects really exist, but we do have evidence that has been officially announced to the affect that these projects are on the table.

Remember there is an 1.5 inch thick "deal" on a racetrack that no shareholder has ever seen.

I don't know how thirty pages of paper can equal 1.5 inches, but I do believe there is a proposal that was submitted to the DR government. BTW to my knowledge that proposal is still on the table one way or another. I wouldn't be surprised to see something come of that issue in the near future.

We have had many proposals introduced some far fetched and some offering a solid realist viable base. Mr Swank is probing in an effort to find something that works for the company. I firmly believe with presents of the Leiber group he will finally find the key to success. That's how I see this company today. PB
