oh man, I didn't trade this.. but come on.. Pretty popular penny pickers just promo'd this, and then bam... I smell insider information.

I didn't trade this, but the scam was all to obvious..

I did submit a SEC complaint though, through the wistle blower program.

Genta, Inc (GNTA) OTC Market Date: Aug 2nd, 2012 .0003 to .0012 with 1 billion shares traded I received at least 8 emails from 2 promoters pumping the sotck from the 1st to most of the trading day on the 2nd. Then later on on Aug 2nd, the company posted they will file for chapter 7. www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/880643/000143774912007573/genta_8k-080212.htm From what I understand, FINRA has not allowed GTNA any further stock splits, since they have done it so many times since 2007. I believe the company's officers, decided to do one more major sell off of their position, by arranging a stock promotion and sold to unsuspecting investors, under the belief the company would still be in business.

I suggest other "stuck longs" do the same.
