It's unfortunate that at these levels it takes being able to foresee 20 steps ahead if your going to invest long term - but if you can see it, and don't need the money immediately, YOU WIN!
1 in a million at these levels makes it and every board spouts it is that company - let me tell ya, IF EVERY THING THAT IS BEING SAID IS TRUE THEN WE SEE $25 plus a share in 5 years........
FLIP SIDE is if only half of what is saying is true we still see $5 a share in 5 years.......
Both of these factors in a reasonable percentage for error or circumstance like a deal breaking apart or non payment by a purchaser, etc etc.....
PLENTY OF MED CENTERS IN THE US ALONE TO WARRANT MY ESTIMATES!
One door opens and the force of that deal will start a cascading domino effect all the way down the line and BAM! We see pennies and then BAM! We see dollars and then BAM! We see multiple dollars!
Takes a visionary at these levels to see it though ;-) DON'T MISS THE BOAT!
