As far as the plans to start building, surely they will soon. I have not followed up on that aspect. However, I did follow up with United Suppliers, and they do have a contract with BION. That is legit....

I was told by BION that once they start building, they are going to have a webcam on site so people could see their progress. I just wished they'd get it going.

LongRun8, if you truly are sincere;

PeNny stocks are not long-term investments; they are trades. Way too many questions after buying and no plan on how to sell guarantees every dollar invested will be lost.

Here is a good link regarding HIDE/ BION. Please read it and ask any questions you may have;

Good luck.

LongRun8,
I would suggest you contact their recently appointed Investor Relations Counsel (Adam Friedman) whose details you can find on their website.
I would say every great company today did start small from somewhere and many people of course were watching from the sidelines and doubting whether or not this is another "flash in the pan" idea that will soon fizzle out just like thousands of minnow companies end up becoming. But careful look into them in these areas suggests to me that if BION does not know what it is doing, the people and companies they relate with will not want to risk damages to the reputation they have built over the years like:
Mr. Contreras (the CEO, read is CV on the company's website)
Mr. Bryan (CFO, website too)
Mr. Adam Friedman new IR Counsel (look at his website and the household name cos. is he also IR counsel to)
KBR (the over 60 year old engineering magnate co. they are relating with)
The Farmers' association that have signed a ten-year off take fertilizer supplies.
Do you think these people and cos. will accept relating with BION if they risk damaging their reputation?
Risks: Very true, being listed on the pinky PINKSheet does not help, but they have to start somewhere and cut their cloth according to their cloth for now. As they say, the journey of a thousand miles begin with a step. It is good to learn to walk before trying to run/fly.
Also the promotion may not have helped too but I suspect the promoters "may have ulterior motives or just an over-excited bunch" that think things may happen magically (we all do sometime, someway) but we have to know that whatever our dreams are, there is a process, with hardwork and time before it see the reality of the day.
I also came across that promotion in March 2012, and I did a lot of research before I started accumulating this from the start of june 2012 buying from 5.99cents all the way down to 2.8cents now averaging 3.6cents. So far I am comfortable with this and have set a 3 to 5 year period for this then if things are not working the way I am currently imagining it should be, then I would take it I have learnt one more expensive lesson in the world of investment. Till then, I have put my money where my mouth is.

Hi LongRun8,

I guess it is healthy to have a good portion of suspence and it is vital to do your research on your own, especially if it is part of a promotion.

When I entered BION, I did the mistake to buy on the top (on the basis of the promotion...) so my most expensive BION stocks, I bought for 1.30 USD..... now I'm averaging down and soon will be at 8.5 cents, so still a long jump before I'm up in the green..

What makes me believe in BION is a reasearch that I also would like to share with you. In April, BION came with a press release:

http://www.bionitrogen.com/2012/04/18/bionitrogen-corp-bion-signs-memorandum-of-understanding-with-kobay-technology-berhad-for-construction-of-urea-production-facility/

which I wanted to check up as I have been in malaysia a couple of times and since I know Kobay Technology Berhad, I wanted to check up with them on their MOU with BION. First they were rather suspicious on how I knew about their possible cooperation, but this is what I got from them in reply to my mail:

Dear xxxxx,

I appreciate your enthusiasm.

What we could say at this moment is, it's a great future lies ahead in this corporation. We believe this corporation will be the driver for the Fertilizer industries in my region not just Malaysia alone.
If the technology is as per what i have reviewed, i absolutely have no doubt in this achievement.

My advise to you is; Keep tight watch and hold on on your investment, you will need to triple it in near future.

COMMODITY TRADE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

......So what can be concluded from this is that the company (BION) is very much likely to be for real, their technology is plausible and very much like to be for real and for sure, their possible clients are for real and interested in their product. So for me to see, the most critical point for the future of this company is the financing of the preliminary work (e.g. enginering reports, etc) and consequently also their projects (i.e. construction of the factory/-ies) at a later stage. If this turns out successful, I guess we will not be situated anymore in the one digit cents, but possibly up in the one digit USD's ;)

Good luck with your investments!
