Jerry. business deals fall through everyday. We buy this stock at our own risk. If the company relesaes a PR stating the deal fell through because the companies could'nt come to terms how does that effect thier reputation. If they do an r/s stating its the best interest for the company to move foward, how does that hurt their reputation. It does not its a business decision in their minds. So I think they could care less about the reputation this is an chance for them to get paid thats all that matters. When a CEO gets a 50 million dollars sevrance package from a company thats going bankrupt does he worry about his reputation.
