It would seem to me that if indeed they file, whoever put out the
previous press releases in order to sell will find himself or herself
in a heap of trouble.

We will need more information and write to the Magistrate, it won't
be the first time that a petition under Ch. 7 is denied and a CH 13
re-organization ordered.
