Has to be a zillion "chat" rooms. Personally, I wouldn't trust a set up as you suggest.
In the late '90's, I was involved with a "trader" who had his A, B and C list "investors". The ops was tell the "A list" to buy a certain security, then a few days later, tell the same to the B's finally, the C's.
A's sold into the late B buys, then heavily DUMPED into the C buys.
After a while C's became B'S and B's became A's.
The C's learned who set up the List, sued the dick, he did 4 years and was sanctioned from trading and fined a Mill.
