Status of the our lad's boots and their morale is appropriate info.

This general idea that only tech counts is bogus. The human factor, especially a well turned out human is critical to our success. That is why they are hiring more peeps, won't be any tech until they make it so. Never discount the human factor in anything.

I hope the girl continues to inspect the footgear and maintains high standards. Cleaning and polishing as required. Not a highly praised job but great successes are accomplished thru refinement and attention to small details.

Unfortunately our board is disintegrating. Apparently Teq, who acquires satisfaction by denegrating others...an obvious reflection of insecurity on his/her part, is feeling emboldened. There was a day when useful, factual based information was provied. Now it is rambling, at best...and denegration at worst, taking over.

FWIW, yours truly hasn't dignified Teq by even opening one of his/her posts in a year, or so. ...my own, self-disciplined version of putting him/her on ignore.
