Exactly the same reply that I got. She is avoiding the questions. I replied that I was not a company and just doing research for due diligence on the companies involved. No further reply from her or the company.
The fact that all mentions of it on GCS and the PR companies page as well as all of their social media indicates to me that they are getting as far away from the deal as possible.
