I apologize for any frustration or confusion. These stocks are allowed to trade closing transactions only. There is a DTC chill on this stock. At this time, there is not a set timeline for if/when the restriction will be removed. However, once the industry wide "DTC Chill" restriction is lifted TD Ameritrade will re-evaluate whether the issue will be allowed to be traded again
